You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact us immediately at sales.decormanta@gmail.com with your order details. If the cancellation request is made within this 24-hour period, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.
If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, cancellation may not be possible, as the order may already be processed or shipped. In this case, you may need to wait until the item is delivered and then proceed with a return according to our Return Policy.
Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to discuss the status of a custom order.
If your cancellation is successful, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, please contact us at sales.decormanta@gmail.com.
