- Once your order is processed, each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure perfect condition.
- After passing the final quality checks, your products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Delivery is available only within India. Our delivery partners will ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible. If they encounter difficulties with the delivery address or timing, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Cancellation/Return in Case of Damage:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report the issue to customer care at sales.decormanta@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- A solution will be provided within 72 hours.
- If deemed appropriate by Harshita Craft, the product may be returned, replaced, or another corrective action may be taken.
